Alumina (Al₂ O3), also known as corundum or bauxite, is an inorganic compound with high hardness, high melting point and excellent chemical resistance. It has stable chemical properties, good electrical insulation performance, and excellent thermal conductivity.
Alumina is widely used in many fields. In industrial manufacturing, it is used to manufacture wear parts, cutting tools and abrasive materials. In the electronics industry, alumina is widely used in the manufacture of electrical insulators, substrates and microelectronic devices due to its electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. The medical field uses its biocompatibility and mechanical properties to manufacture artificial joints and dental implants. In the chemical industry, alumina is used to make chemical reactors, corrosion-resistant equipment and catalyst carriers. In addition, it is used in optical applications to manufacture infrared optical components and high-intensity lampshades.
This time our company uses a self-developed ADT-3D-ZP-Printer-Pro-144-37.5 printer to print, the print width can reach up to 288 mmX160mm, the high-efficiency scraper system can greatly reduce the waiting time for feeding, the printing efficiency is ≥ 600 layers/hour, and the feeding system adopts peristaltic pump to feed, thus greatly reducing the feeding amount of a single printing.
