3D Printing Alumina Ceramic Pot Case

Alumina (Al₂ O3), also known as corundum or bauxite, is an inorganic compound with high hardness, high melting point and excellent chemical resistance. It has stable chemical properties, good electrical insulation performance, and excellent thermal conductivity.

Division I DLP ceramic 3D printing equipment is a real multi-material printing artifact. In addition to the common material of alumina ceramics, the equipment can easily handle a variety of high-performance materials such as zirconia, silicon carbide, bioceramics, glass optical fibers, silicon nitride, lead zirconate titanate, hydroxyapatite, calcium silicate, yttrium aluminum garnet, potassium sodium niobate, barium titanate, etc. In addition, our equipment also supports the printing of non-photosensitive ceramic materials such as resin and silica gel, providing you with unlimited design and manufacturing possibilities.

This time, our company uses a self-developed ADT-3D-ZP-Printer-Pro-144-75 printer to print ceramic pots. The printing width can reach up to 144*81*120mm. The high-efficiency scraper system can greatly reduce the waiting time for feeding. The printing efficiency is ≥ 600 layers/hour. The feeding system adopts peristaltic pump to feed, which greatly reduces the feeding amount of single printing.
