Our equipment has4K high resolution, rapid prototyping, wide material compatibility and high precisionFour advantages. It is suitable for printing parts with complex structures, and the rapid curing process makes it complete in a short time, which significantly improves production efficiency. In addition, it can handle a variety of materials, especially high-performance ceramic materials, such as zirconia, alumina and silicon carbide, which allows for greater flexibility.
This time, our company uses self-developed ADT-3D-ZP-Printer-Pro-144-75 printing equipment to print alumina ceramic hollow circular tubes, with a maximum printing width of 144*81*120mm. The high-efficiency scraper system greatly reduces the waiting time for feeding, and the printing efficiency is ≥ 600 layers/hour. The feeding system adopts peristaltic pump to feed, thus greatly reducing the feeding amount of single printing.
